Ray Corson, founder of Corson GIS Solutions, has over 20 years of comprehensive information technology and geospatial consulting experience for federal, municipal, utility, and private clients throughout North America. He provides senior level management and oversight on all planning, integration, and application deployments within the organization. He has in-depth experience with project implementations of various Common Operational Picture and web-enabled GIS system deployments for municipal, utility, public safety, facilities management, and parks and recreation in both desktop and mobile platforms.
What Ray brings to this team is not only his technical experience to help facilitate the marketing and safety concerns, but his love of the outdoors and personal connection to the cause. Ray is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a love for fly fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, biking and whitewater kayaking.
Ray is also a cancer survivor. Having undergone extensive treatments and procedures for nearly two years, Ray is fully aware of the financial and emotional toll a potentially terminal illness can have both an individual and the loved ones surrounding them. Ray regularly provides help and guidance to cancer patients undergoing treatment.
Ray resides in Yarmouth Maine with his wife Stacy and three sons.
